Jewell Roofing was subcontracted to do the roofing on this newly constructed apartment complex. Jewell was responsible for both the shingle roofing and the TPO roofing. On the shingle roof a Owens Corning Tru Def Oakridge estate gray was installed. The shingle roof also includes synthetic underlayment and ridgevents as the ventilation system. On the flat roof a tampered TPO roofing system was installed. There were two identical buildings with the same roof lay out. Both buildings took 5 days to complete from felt to completion of each roofing system.
