Mr. S had missing shingle and had already started the insurance claim process when he contacted Jewell Roofing. Rob was able to help Mr. S through the insurance claim process and his only cost was the insurance deductible. Jewell was even able to upgrade the roof from a 3 tab style shingle to a dimensional shingle with a higher wind rating. Jewell used an Owens Corning Oakridge Chateau Green shingle.
Mrs. B called into the office after her neighborhood experienced a hail storm. This project came about because Mr. R was a previous customer of ours. We had replaced the roof on his home a few years back. Due to recent high winds his barn had been losing shingles. So he gave Jewell a call, after a roof inspection, I was able to figure out this was an insurance claim. I was able to help bill through the entire insurance process. We removed the old 3 tab roof and installed a Certainteed Landmark Weathered Wood shingle. The project took us 1 day from start to finish. The new shingle has a 110 mph wind rating which is an upgrade over the previous shingle. As with all full roof replacements this comes with a 10 year Jewell Roofing workmanship warranty.
This roof replacement came about due to missing shingles, Mr. D called in for a free roof inspection. There were enough missing shingles to warrant an insurance claim. Since we were able to inspect the roof before the claim was filed Jewell was able to be present during the insurance adjustment. Jewell was able to work with the homeowner's insurance company to get a full replacement due to wind damage. The only out of pocket cost to the homeowner was just their insurance deductible. Jewell replaced the old 3 tab roof with new 30 year dimensional shingle, an Owens Corning Oak Ridge Tru def driftwood. Which is an upgrade in wind rating from 60 mph of the old roof to 110 mph winding rating with the new roof.
